Here is a quick sneak peek of what I was doing last week. I met up with nine other fabulous female photographers from all over the country here in Dallas. We all met at Love Affair last November and wanted to meet up again to learn from each other, bond over photography and our love for Christ, and just share and grow as business women and photographers. I just looked at my new friend Tisha’s blog – she is part of the fab husband/wife team of Shuffield Photography. What do I find there? My big old face as the first image on her blog! I can’t wait to share more images from my amazing time with these beautiful, talented women. We are already looking forward to our next adventure together. I also have another Michigan family post and two weddings to get on the blog – thanks for your patience!

Your work is amazing! I so wish I could have been there too, but I think I would have been a little out of place! Hope to meet you soon. Come see us in Brady. Does your husband like to hunt? Deer season is just around the corner and I’ve got some room opening weekend! If not, we never kill anything anyway. I do take a ton of pictures though!!! Its an open offer!

Heather Thorne - Aw Michelle, thank you! I just hopped over to your blog and it looks like you’re well on your way – loved your post about frustration too. It is definitely a process (like you said). Don’t get discouraged. It’s so easy to do. And I’ve been there more times than I’d like to admit. (I tried to leave a blog comment but it wouldn’t take on your blog.)
