After a rewarding career in marketing and advertising, I set out to pursue my dream job. I simply love photographing people and the relationships between them.
I began shooting on film and photographing a little bit of everything, including weddings, but switched gears to focus on where my heart truly lies—with children. I love capturing everything about them-from the tiniest toes of a newborn to the long lashes of a toddler, to the devilish grin of a big kid, to a teen embarking upon their senior year.
Through this incredible journey, I’ve been blessed to have my work featured on the Southern Weddings Magazine blog, Spearmintbaby.com, the National Association of Professional Child Photographers blog, Seniorologie.com and the cover of Mansfield Magazine.
I’m a proud member and award winner with the exclusive National Association of Professional Child Photographers (NAPCP) as well as Professional Photographers of America (PPA) and Wedding and Portrait Photographers International (WPPI).
Last, but certainly not least, I wouldn’t be able to share this gift with others without truly giving back. I’ve been blessed to work with both the Genesis Women’s Shelter of Dallas and the LEAP Foundation for the past five years. Although fashion and design inspire me, it’s the ability to tell the story of God’s work through a medical mission or photograph a family that may have lost everything, including their precious memories, that truly propels me to create, inspire and give back.
